This project features a main marquee for a German-style beer festival, utilizing a prefabricated, large-span aluminum alloy structure. The interior is column-free and spacious, capable of accommodating a thousand people. The canopy is made of flame-retardant PVC fabric that is both rainproof and UV-resistant. Its modular design eliminates the need for civil engineering work, ensures efficient installation, and allows for disassembly and reuse, making it suitable for a wide range of outdoor festivals and events.
Project Solution
This project involves the construction of a main venue for a large-scale, immersive German-style Oktoberfest. Addressing the common challenges associated with outdoor cultural and tourism festivals, the project utilizes a custom-engineered, large-span modular aluminum alloy tent solution. It authentically recreates the festive atmosphere of a traditional German beer tent, perfectly accommodating gatherings of over a thousand people and serving a wide range of events such as city beer festivals, cultural carnivals, and outdoor performance banquets.
The tent structure features an industry-standard 6061-T6 aerospace-grade high-strength aluminum alloy frame. This material is lightweight yet robust, corrosion-resistant, durable, and resistant to deformation. The structure is mechanically reinforced to withstand strong winds, heavy rain, and significant pressure, ensuring safety and stability even in challenging outdoor weather conditions. A core large-span, column-free design eliminates internal obstructions, creating an open, unobstructed space that overcomes the spatial limitations of traditional venues. The interior allows for flexible layouts—including long German-style dining tables, craft beer bars, professional performance stages, and lighting and sound systems—meeting diverse visitor needs for dining, entertainment, and social interaction.
